The Politinn social platform connects people, nations, and continents in good times and bad.
The ONLINE DEMOCRACY app represents hope for billions of people living under totalitarian and authoritarian regimes. Citizens will be able to download it on their phones and – for the first time in history – use it to apply the principles of digital statehood and democracy in their own countries where tyranny and lawlessness reign.

“I hereby surrender ONLINE DEMOCRACY – the first political system in cyberspace – to the benefit of humanity. Citizens, download this app on your phone and use it to exercise the power in your country that is guaranteed to you by the Constitution.” Ladislav Boldi
A childhood of injustice, brutality, torture and inhuman treatment
Ladislav Boldi grew up in extremely harsh conditions, living in a conflict environment full of violence and crime from birth. Without the support of his biological mother, who gave him up immediately after birth, he spent his childhood in penal institutions where he faced injustice and inhumane treatment. Among the worst forms were torture and other cruelties by the educational staff – including being tied to a chair and beaten with a white police baton until he fell unconscious. His entire childhood was accompanied by indescribable suffering, which deepened as he grew older.
Life in hell
Ladislav Boldi was confronted with evil from birth. To save himself, he had to learn to prevent this evil. Even at the age of six, when he was unjustly and brutally punished, he understood that the only way to survive was to seek solutions not only to his personal problems but also to the problems of those who perpetrated the evil. He sought to understand their motives and to find measures to prevent the recurrence of violent crimes. In an environment where the Board of Education had unlimited power, they fought injustice and wrongdoing by taking revenge, which was the only possible way of defense and deterrence. Thanks to his extraordinary will and desire to seek justice, at the age of nine, he managed to write a draft constitution for an educational institution – a document that was to lay down rules for the respect of rights and the establishment of security mechanisms to better protect people from injustice and violence in the system in which they had grown up since birth. The caretaker staff, however, despised and deliberately ignored his efforts to solve the problems through reform of the system.
Fighting for survival – life on the street
After his release from the penitentiary after nineteen years, Ladislav Boldi found himself homeless on the streets. He was isolated from ordinary social life and lacked any contact with the civilized world. He has never known basic expressions of humanity or natural social relationships. Because the authorities refused to give him a permanent residence stamp, he effectively did not exist for the state. In order to survive, he was forced to forage for food – rotten food or scraps from garbage bins – and accepted offers of street fights for fifteen crowns, which provided him with at least basic sustenance. These activities were not the result of choice, but the only means of survival.
Failure to integrate into public life
Despite the cruelty of fate, Ladislav Boldi decided to use his talent and released a music album. His songs often reflected violence and injustice and sought to overcome it through art and public projects. However, his artistic career was ruined by false press articles. Through no fault of his own, but due to his poor social background, he fell into disfavor with politicians and the media, who still label him a criminal and thug and refuse to support his projects. He did not give up this time either, and even though everyone turned their backs on him because of his bad reputation, he was determined to continue to develop ONLINE DEMOCRACY. He believes that this will help citizens, politicians and the public administration to find a way to find each other, to establish cooperation and to solve the problems that divide them together, through the social network Politinn. However, due to lack of funding, he was eventually forced to temporarily close all projects. In order to continue to develop ONLINE DEMOCRACY, he had to take risks, find allies and go into debt for life.
From a lifelong confrontation with evil, ONLINE DEMOCRACY was born
Ladislav Boldi survived only thanks to his skill and ability to solve problems in the harsh conditions in which he grew up from birth, and in situations where his loved ones or people who asked him for help were in critical danger. Since he was not able to do everything himself, he decided to build the social network Politinn – a platform thanks to which today citizens, politicians and the state administration can cooperate and solve problems together. There is no other way to ensure security, justice, prosperity, progress and well-being.
His strategy is based on four key pillars:
